Customer Success Story
Adaeze Nwosu (Nigeria)
The Challenge: Adaeze ran an insurance company that generated significant website traffic from comparison sites and direct search but converted it at under 2%, far below the industry average. Visitor session recordings showed that users were reaching the quote page and then abandoning at high rates. The quote form required fourteen fields and took an average of nine minutes to complete, creating a friction level that most visitors were unwilling to sustain.
The vorza360 Solution: We applied Conversion-Focused Design principles to the entire quote journey, starting with a field audit that identified which of the fourteen fields were actually necessary for an initial quote versus which were required only at the policy binding stage. We reduced the initial quote form to five fields, restructured the quote results page to display the most relevant options clearly, and added progress indicators and autosave functionality so that users who paused could return without restarting. We A/B tested the redesigned flow against the original.
The Result: Quote completion rate improved from 18% to 61% on the redesigned form in the A/B test, more than tripling the number of users reaching a quoted outcome from the same traffic. Policy purchase from quoted users improved by a further 22% as the simpler process reduced the cognitive fatigue that had been causing abandonment between quote and purchase. Adaeze’s digital channel policy sales increased by 89% in the first quarter after full deployment.
Marco Ruiz (Spain)
The Challenge: Marco ran a B2B SaaS platform whose free trial sign-up rate was acceptable but whose trial-to-paid conversion was only 8%. Customer interviews revealed that trial users were engaging with the product but not reaching the ‘aha moment’, the point at which they understood the product’s value, within the trial period. Most users were cancelling not because the product was insufficient but because they hadn’t seen it demonstrate value yet.
The vorza360 Solution: We applied Conversion-Focused Design to the trial onboarding experience, restructuring it around the fastest path to the aha moment. We designed a guided first-session experience that took new users through the three actions most correlated with conversion, identified through analysis of existing converted users’ behaviour, before allowing free exploration. We removed the empty-state problem by pre-populating the trial environment with representative sample data that made the product’s value immediately visible.
The Result: Trial-to-paid conversion improved from 8% to 23% within two months of the onboarding redesign. Time-to-aha-moment dropped from an average of four days to under twenty minutes as new users were guided directly to the product’s value. Marco described the conversion design work as having been worth more than any new feature development the team had done in the previous year, the value was already there, and the design work had made it visible.
Ama Boateng (Ghana)
The Challenge: Ama ran a skills training platform that was generating strong traffic from social media advertising but converting less than 1% of visitors to course enrolments. The gap between interest generated by the advertising and purchase behaviour on the site was severe. Exit surveys showed that visitors were interested in the courses but leaving without enrolling because of uncertainty about whether the training would lead to meaningful employment outcomes.
The vorza360 Solution: We applied Conversion-Focused Design to address the specific objection driving abandonment, outcome uncertainty. We redesigned the course pages to lead with student employment outcome data, using visual before/after comparisons of student career trajectories. We added a job placement rate metric to every course header, introduced a satisfaction guarantee with the refund terms clearly stated, and restructured the pricing presentation to show cost-per-month rather than total cost, which reduced perceived barrier to entry.
The Result: Course enrolment conversion from social media traffic improved from 0.9% to 4.7% in the month following the redesign, a more than five-fold improvement from the same advertising spend. The employment outcome data addition was specifically credited by enrolment survey respondents as the most persuasive element of the new design. Ama described the conversion design work as having unlocked the commercial value of the advertising investment she had already made.
Daniel Weber (Germany)
The Challenge: Daniel ran a home services marketplace where homeowners could book tradespeople for repairs and renovations. The platform had strong supply, plenty of listed tradespeople, but demand conversion was below target. Homeowners browsing available tradespeople were leaving without booking, and survey data suggested the main barrier was uncertainty about whether they could trust a tradesperson they’d never heard of.
The vorza360 Solution: We applied Conversion-Focused Design to the trust and social proof elements of every tradesperson profile. We redesigned the review display to show review excerpts rather than aggregate scores, surfacing the specific praise that addressed the primary concerns, reliability, cleanliness, communication, in the visible area without scrolling. We added a ‘jobs completed near you’ proximity indicator and a response time badge. We redesigned the booking button placement and introduced a no-commitment enquiry option alongside the direct booking.
The Result: Booking conversion from tradesperson profile pages improved by 58% following the redesign. The no-commitment enquiry option converted at 34% to bookings, capturing a significant segment of prospective customers who had previously left without any contact because the only option was an immediate commitment. Daniel described the conversion design work as having addressed the platform’s actual limiting problem, supply was never the issue, demand conversion was, in a way that had eluded several previous optimisation attempts.
Yetunde Olatunji (Nigeria)
The Challenge: Yetunde ran an online school for professional certifications. Her website had a healthy organic search ranking and was generating consistent traffic, but newsletter sign-ups, the top-of-funnel conversion that preceded course enrolments, were under 3%. She was attracting visitors who were clearly interested in the content, given their dwell time, but failing to convert that interest into an ongoing relationship.
The vorza360 Solution: We applied Conversion-Focused Design to the newsletter sign-up and lead capture across the site. We replaced the generic ‘subscribe to our newsletter’ calls to action with specific value offers, a free career planning guide, a course selection quiz, a salary benchmark report, each matched to the content the visitor was reading. We redesigned the placement, visual weight, and copy of the sign-up prompts using data from heatmaps that showed where visitor attention was concentrated.
The Result: Newsletter sign-up rate improved from 2.8% to 9.4%, more than tripling the rate. The specific value offers outperformed the generic subscription prompt by a factor of four in A/B testing. Course enrolment from the email list improved as the new subscribers had self-selected around specific professional interests that allowed more targeted email sequences. Yetunde described the conversion work as having transformed the site from a content destination that visitors enjoyed and left into a lead generation engine.
Pieter van den Berg (Netherlands)
The Challenge: Pieter ran a B2B logistics software company whose contact form was receiving visits but very few submissions. The form was positioned at the bottom of the homepage and required twelve fields including company turnover, fleet size, and integration requirements, information that many prospects either didn’t have ready or didn’t feel comfortable disclosing without first understanding whether the software was a potential fit.
The vorza360 Solution: We applied Conversion-Focused Design to the lead generation architecture, replacing the single detailed form with a two-stage approach: a three-field ‘get a quick overview’ form that offered an immediate value response, followed by the detailed qualification form only for visitors who had received the overview and wanted to proceed. We added three additional conversion paths across the site, a product tour, a ROI calculator, and a case study download, each capturing basic contact details.
The Result: Lead form submissions increased by four times within the first month as the low-friction first step removed the commitment barrier. Lead quality was maintained because the two-stage process self-selected for prospects willing to engage further after the initial response. The ROI calculator became the highest-converting single element on the site, generating 28% of all new leads. Pieter described the conversion redesign as having changed the site from a dead end into a functioning top-of-funnel engine.

Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions? We’ve got answers. Find everything you need to know about using our platform, plans, and features
What is Conversion-Focused Web Design and how is it different from standard web design?
Conversion-Focused Web Design is a discipline that prioritizes measurable business outcomes, the number of visitors who take a specific desired action such as buying, calling, signing up, or booking, above all other design considerations. While standard web design focuses on aesthetics and brand presentation, vorza360’s Conversion-Focused Design service uses behavioral psychology, funnel structure, heatmap data, and continuous A/B testing to engineer every element of the page around a single question: does this design choice make visitors more likely to convert? Every color, headline, button position, and layout decision is validated against user behavior data rather than personal preference.
What tools does vorza360 use to analyze why our current website is not converting?
We use a combination of specialized tools to diagnose conversion problems on your existing site. Google Analytics identifies the exact pages where visitors are leaving without converting, showing us where in the funnel the biggest losses occur. Hotjar and Crazy Egg create Heatmaps and Session Recordings that show us exactly where users click, how far they scroll, and where they appear to get confused or frustrated. These behavioral insights tell us precisely which design elements are helping visitors progress and which are creating friction or uncertainty, giving us a prioritized, evidence-based list of changes that will have the greatest positive impact on conversion rates.
What is Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and does vorza360 provide it?
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is the ongoing process of systematically testing and refining your website to increase the percentage of visitors who complete a desired action. vorza360 provides CRO as a service built into our Conversion-Focused Design offering. We use A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely and Google Optimize to run controlled experiments, testing different headlines, layouts, CTAs, or images simultaneously against real visitor traffic, and implement the version proven to perform better. We apply structured CRO Frameworks like the LIFT Model to evaluate every page for persuasion and clarity, ensuring continuous improvement in your conversion rate over time.
How does vorza360 use behavioral psychology in Conversion-Focused Design?
We apply Behavioral Design Psychology, the science of how people think and make decisions, as a core design tool. Specific principles we implement include: social proof (displaying client testimonials, case studies, and trust badges near CTAs to reduce purchase anxiety); scarcity and urgency signals (used carefully and honestly to encourage timely action); the principle of least effort (designing the conversion action to be as frictionless as possible); visual hierarchy (using size, color, and contrast to direct attention to the most important elements first); and Funnel-Based Page Structure that removes all navigation options that could distract a visitor from the conversion goal on a dedicated landing page.
How does vorza360 measure the success of a Conversion-Focused Design project?
Success is measured purely on conversion metrics, not on subjective design quality. We establish a clear baseline conversion rate for your key pages before any design changes are made, then track the performance of the new design against that baseline using Google Analytics goal tracking. We also monitor secondary metrics such as time on page, bounce rate, form completion rate, and checkout completion rate to understand the full picture of how user behavior has changed. We provide regular reporting that shows the direct impact of design decisions on your business outcomes, leads generated, sales completed, or cost per acquisition, making the ROI of the investment entirely transparent.
